β€’ Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing β€’ Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment β€’ Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends β€’ Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads β€’ Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers β€’ Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com) β€’ Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics β€’ Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales β€’ Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation β€’ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships β€’ Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment β€’ Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred) β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills
