β€’ Assist clients via email support channel to establish as key contributor within 3-6 months β€’ Respond to customer questions and requests via email using help desk platform β€’ Triage tickets, perform escalations to appropriate teams β€’ Support engineering ticket creation, review and prioritization β€’ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings β€’ Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing role β€’ Experience in a clinical position in a healthcare environment β€’ Must have a highly analytical mindset and with superior ability to troubleshoot/test use cases and issues in software β€’ Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously β€’ Exceptional written communication skill
