• Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. • This role is an unprecedented opportunity to have an immense impact in our industry leading EDI/ERA Department that ranks 40 Net Promoter Score points higher than our competition. • Our expectation of this role is that you become a major contributor in assisting our clients via our chat/email support channel for all things 837/835 related.
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277) • Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilities • Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections • Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills • Demonstrated extreme attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting.
