Description

• Create engaging content (posts, stories, and graphics) for social media platforms, primarily TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. • Schedule and monitor social media posts to ensure timely and consistent brand communication. • Gather content from Propel alumni, current students, and staff. • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and direct inquiries. • Collaborate with the sourcing team to brainstorm and implement campaigns tailored to recruiting young adults into training programs. • Track and analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to help keep Propel’s content relevant and engaging. • Support Google Ads management, including monitoring campaigns, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies to improve ad effectiveness. • Support sourcing team with creation of recruitment materials (flyers, swag, etc.) for recruitment marketing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • Experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms. • Creativity and strong communication and customer service skills. • Passion for helping young adults connect with educational and career opportunities. • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
