• About Proppel • We find and place Top 1% talent from LATAM in remote roles in UK & US companies to help them grow faster. • If you’re looking for the opportunity to develop your skills and work with some of the best and most exciting companies around the world, Proppel is the place for you. • Our headquarters are in London, UK, and we’re looking for top-tier talent in Latam to support our clients in the UK and the US. • Good luck with your application! • Our client, a US-based brand services company, is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant with a strategic mindset to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow management, supporting key financial decisions and growth. • Please make sure your CV is in English, otherwise your application won’t be considered. • Responsibilities: • E-Commerce Management: Oversee Almave.com’s Shopify store with a focus on customer, order, and product description management. • Lead front-end merchandising updates and manage customer service inquiries. • Propose ongoing best practices to improve site operations and marketing effectiveness. • Operations: Efficiently manage stock availability by creating product bundles and coordinating kitting as needed. • Order and oversee packaging usage in the warehouse and communicate stock needs with the operations team. • Digital Marketing: Maintain and update the DTC content calendar and coordinate brand content with internal teams. • Organize product shoots with agency partners and manage CRM content approvals and email deployment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and agency partners, to support brand and business goals. • Brand Stewardship: Uphold the brand ethos and ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in voice and alignment with brand values.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing. • 2-3+ years of consumer marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce-specific role. • Proficient in digital platforms such as Shopify and 3PL management software. • Experience with project management tools like MS Tasks, Trello, or Monday is preferred. • Strong written communication skills and a creative mindset. • Passion for the wine and spirits industry, especially luxury and Mexican craft spirits. • Interest in technology and innovation, with a continuous learning attitude. • Balances creativity with pragmatism to develop effective brand solutions. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in english, with attention to detail in brand communication.
