This role is essential for driving engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance. • Responsibilities • Develop and edit engaging video content tailored for paid social advertising across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to execute strategic video campaigns that enhance audience engagement and drive conversions. • Optimize video content for maximum performance, implementing creative tests and paid social best practices. • Ensure all video content aligns with brand objectives and channel-specific performance goals. • Contribute insights on video trends, platform-specific performance, and storytelling techniques to support creative ideation and development.
