🎯 Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in any Recruitment role. • Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required. • Experience in client-facing or working directly with different stakeholders or hiring managers is preferred. • You should be able to efficiently manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and vetting candidates, scheduling interviews, and working closely with our clients to find the perfect match. • You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. As you juggle numerous important projects, it's vital to push them forward quickly while ensuring no details are overlooked, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and thoroughness throughout. • Eagerness to keep growing and learning, flexible to adapt to different clients and really high standards. • Team players only: we help and support each other. We share tips and tricks, train each other and share candidates' profiles.
