🎯 Requirements
•A minimum of two years experience in a similar brand design role, working in-house or at an agency across both digital and print formats •A portfolio that demonstrates: strong brand design principles and craft, a modern aesthetic, creative thinking + excellent attention to detail •A strong grasp of brand thinking, easily understanding and applying the Propeller visual language and tone •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow creative direction •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback effectively •A proactive approach, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage personal workload •Preferred but not mandatory: Illustration skills •Experience in a scale-up environment
