• Help maintain and enhance revenue recognition systems • Contribute to the success of the revenue engine of Propeller • Support revenue teams through integrated systems

Requirements

• Review closed deals in HubSpot for completeness by ensuring all required documents (quotes, POs, SO numbers) are attached. • Verifying part numbers, deal types, and other details for orders submitted by our channel partners. • Managing licenses for new and existing customers including initial provisioning and adjustments. • Ensuring accuracy in dates and details during license provisioning. • Communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues. • Coordinating with our Finance Team to address discrepancies. • Notifying teams of deal status and providing the necessary information. • Maintaining accurate records in Sales Tracker and HubSpot. • Tracking special product provisioning details. • Documenting non-standard deals and issues. • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
