Description

• The General Accountant position consists of performing everyday accounting functions like payables and receivables, as well as monthly processes that flow into the final financial statements for the end-users. • The General Accountant position is based remotely in Mexico. • The General Accountant position is responsible for ensuring correct processing of bank reconciliations (w/triple tie-outs) including unmatched transactions in the software. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for completing move-in and move-out processes. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for adding new vendors into software for categorization and processing. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for obtaining proper documentation of W9 for all vendors for each client. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for following all company protocols and SOPs to ensure quality of daily operations. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for Owning the quality of processes for AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for interface with Senior Accountant and GAs to communicate processing needs. • The General Accountant position is also responsible for assisting Senior Accountant in coaching AP Specialists and Data Entry personnel to improve the property accounting skills we use for client processing.

Requirements
