Requirements

β€’ High-Volume Outreach: Initiate personalized outreach through multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn). β€’ Prospect Research: Identify and segment prospects that match the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). β€’ Demo Scheduling: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points and align solutions. β€’ Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking engagement and follow-ups. β€’ Required Hard Skills: Experience with outreach tools like Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, etc. β€’ CRM Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot for tracking outreach and reporting metrics. β€’ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Metrics-Driven: Analyze outreach metrics to optimize strategies.
