• Provide IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services for the FDA. • Assist in project management for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). • Develop and maintain CFSAN IT systems and tools, ensuring technical support and enhancements. • Support with data management, O&M services, and training for stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth transition of services between contractors.
• Expertise in designing and evaluating human resources programs with emphasis on compensation and classification. • Successful experience in implementing pay-for-performance programs. • Experience in job analysis and making Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption determinations. • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to federal compensation and performance programs. • Ability to conduct thorough software testing and knowledgeable of test methods and data collection. • Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze and interpret tests.
