📋 Description
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung klinischer Studien im Bereich Schlafmedizin • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stellen (CRO’s, Studienzentren, Regulatorien) • Erstellen und Überprüfen von Studienprotokollen, Berichten und relevanten Dokumenten • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Studienrichtlinien (GCP, Ethikkommissionen etc.) sowie interner Organisation (Infrastruktur, Patienten) • Erfassung und Dokumentation/Eingabe von Studiendaten sowie Erstellung entsprechender Berichte • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Meetings mit den Studienbeteiligten • Enge Abstimmung und Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung wissenschaftlicher Publikationen und Präsentationen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Clinical Research Management , Clinical Trial Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung im klinischen Studienmanagement • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Abläufe und regulatorischen Anforderungen für klinische Studien • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word) • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick , Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
