Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 2 years of related work experience post graduation • Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly employee benefits, strongly preferred • Understanding of statutory benefit insurance or other highly regulated industry preferred • Familiarity with NY Advertising Regulations ideal • Solid MS Office experience • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills • Strong analytical and comprehension skills paired with the ability to distill and simplify complex information • Highly detail-oriented and organized individual • Ability to work under minimal guidance and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines • Collaborate well with team members and coordinate internal stakeholders • Exemplary work ethic and follow-through with results • Quick learner who can take on new challenges easily • Proactive drive for continuous improvement and getting things done more efficiently
