• Leading and delivering business change projects across our organisation. • Performing both PM and Business Analyst roles within our DSDM framework. • Collaborating with remote teams while maintaining strong face-to-face connections. • Contributing to our innovative approach to change management. • Supporting operations across our Bournemouth and Isleworth offices.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of DSDM Agile methodology and its practical application. • Proven experience in Agile Program or Project Management, ideally within start-ups or innovative SMEs. • Experience with DSDM products and governance. • A collaborative mindset and genuine team-player attitude. • A proactive, innovative problem-solving approach, comfortable to challenge conventional approaches. • Adaptability – able to wear multiple hats and juggle various projects. • Ability to work remotely while fostering strong relationships with colleagues.
