Description

• Act in a post-sales role demonstrating leadership, strategy, and collaboration • Focus on strategic customer partnership and championing customer centric solutions • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D teams • Assist customers in developing a roadmap for comprehensive data security goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education / experience required. • 8+ years IT experience and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a customer or technical account management role • Energetic, motivated and self-driven to learn and master new technology • Excellent ability to lead conversations at a senior management level • Ability to build relationships quickly to identify opportunities and transform them into action • Strong analytical and strategic thinking • Ability to travel (10% to 30%) • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and track details • Consulting experience or Solutions architect experience with customer facing skills is highly desirable verbal and written, communication skills • Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices and Data Protection, Privacy and Security • Information Technology and System Knowledge
