• Für unsere Standorte in Frankfurt, München oder Düsseldorf suchen wir Dich als: Consultant (w/m/d) - GRC Technology • Du suchst Abwechslung im Job und möchtest über Dich hinauswachsen? • Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit Deine Karriere, die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens und die unserer Kunden aktiv zu gestalten. • Als GRC Technology Consultant (w/m/d) spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Transformation der „Governance, Risk & Compliance", „Internen Kontrollsysteme“, „Audit" und „ESG“-Funktionen unserer Kunden durch automatisierte Softwarelösungen. • Du arbeitest in einem ambitionierten und stark wachsenden Team und gestaltest den Aufbau unseres GRC Technology Beratungsspektrums mit. • Unterstützung in Kundenprojekten in Themen wie die Auswahl, Implementierung, Optimierung und Nachbetreuung von GRC-Lösungen für Fachbereiche wie Risikomanagement, interne Kontrollsysteme, Compliance, Informationssicherheit, ESG und interne Revision • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in den Kundenprojekten in Aufgaben wie der Konzeptionierung, Design, und Architektur des IT-Systems, über die Implementierung bis hin zum Projektmanagement, Training und der Kundenbetreuung. • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Technologie-Partnern wie SAP, Corporater, ServiceNow, Workiva und OneTrust
🎯 Requirements
• IT-orientierter Studienabschluss oder umfassende Erfahrung in der IT-Branche • Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für Softwareimplementierung und Konfiguration. • Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Einarbeitung in neue Themen & Engagement zur Auseinandersetzung mit flexibler, komplexer Software • Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Programmierung unter anderem in Java, SQL, Datenbanken und (agilem) Projektmanagement (z.B. Scrum) • Authentisches Auftreten verbunden mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung in internationalen Teams und hohe Kundenorientierung • Offen für Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen des Aufbaus und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
