📋 Description
• Erstellung von risikoorientierten Analysen und Prozessdokumentationen im Rahmen von Audits • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für nationale und internationale Kunden, Begleitung der Umsetzung sowie anschließende Validierung der Wirksamkeit • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Fragen hinsichtlich einer effizienten Prozess- und Kontrollgestaltung • Unterstützung bei der Beurteilung und Dokumentation von Risiken und Kontrollen im Rahmen von Revisionsprüfungen und Beratungsprojekten • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kunden bei Fragen rund um das Interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) (insbesondere Sarbanes Oxley Act)
🎯 Requirements
• (Sehr) guter Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss – bevorzugt in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder -informatik; sehr gerne aber auch fachfremde Studiengänge aus Natur- oder Geisteswissenschaften • Unverkennbare Eigenmotivation kombiniert mit dem Willen zum Lernen und zur Mitgestaltung • Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln • Praktische Erfahrungen bei Financial Service Institutions werden vorausgesetzt • Praktische Erfahrungen (z.B. im Audit, im Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder der Beratung) erleichtern den Einstieg, werden aber nicht vorausgesetzt • Spaß gemeinsam im Team Herausforderungen zu meistern • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft, idealerweise auch international, sowie Flexibilität und Spontanität
