Requirements

•Excellent leadership skills demonstrated by a track record of ability to work through others to deliver results •Proven excellence in professional skills including organization, prioritization, presentation, negotiation, influence, discretion, and accuracy •Insightful, decisive, proactive, and solutions-oriented •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating complex information in an easy-to-understand format and adept at calibrating message based on the audience •Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite •Familiarity with clinical research industry and related terminology and practices •Strong knowledge of GCP requirements in alignment with CRO services •Ability to travel as needed
