Description
• We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery. • In this role, you’ll shape exceptional user experiences, • collaborate with cross-functional teams, • and ensure design is central to our product development.
Requirements
• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in visual design, interaction design, and product thinking; • Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews; • Strong knowledge of web guidelines and responsive and accessible design; • Experience facilitating design workshops and collaborative problem-solving; • Proficiency in Figma; • Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain design decisions clearly; • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning; • AI knowledge or experience is a plus.
