• Provectus is a Premier AWS partner at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence solutions empowering businesses to unlock value and accelerate their transformation via bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. • As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. • In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. • Our Solution Owners are specializing generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills. • You will thrive in this role if you have a learner’s mindset, a servant-leader mentality, and a passion for getting things done. • You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. • A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, agile project delivery, or consulting. • A deep understanding of and hands-on experience with multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools. • Demonstrated experience leading complex technical delivery across multi-disciplinary teams. • Excellent listening skills, executive presence, and an ability to lead with empathy, putting people first. • Solid understanding of budget & contract management, including burn rates, forecasts, and contractual engagement models (T&M, fixed capacity, fixed fee, etc). • Technical acumen, with a solid track record supporting customer data & analytics, cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) strongly preferred. • A skill for 'seeing around corners' and helping align delivery, practice, and regional leadership on proactive risk mitigation. • A passion for happy clients & their customers.
