Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment. • Strong understanding of talent management practices, and recruitment processes. • Experience in organizing and participating in talent engagement events and networking opportunities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the company. • High level of organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment. • Experience working with ATS systems (for example, Lever, etc.). • Commitment to our core values: Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership.
