• You will plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention—from concept to implementation. • You will use and optimize platforms such as our website, social media channels, and email marketing to maximize our reach. • With your analytical skills, you will evaluate campaign results and continuously improve them, including through A/B tests and KPI tracking. • You will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content for our websites, blogs, emails, and social media channels that will captivate our target audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field and/or at least 2 years of proven experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German C2, English B2). • Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Hubspot, WordPress, Wrike, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, etc.) or a willingness to learn. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. • Commitment to the vision and mission of ProVeg. • Desirable: Qualifications or experience in B2B and B2C (online) marketing management, communications, or PR in an NGO or business.
