Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field. • 5 years Healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility. • Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience. • Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred). • PMI Certification (preferred). • Coursework/Training in facilitation of diverse groups (preferred). • Lean/Six Sigma training (preferred). • Within 1 year of hire Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (preferred). • 3 years Operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization (preferred). • 3 years Change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests (preferred).
