Description

• An experienced API Developer is needed to build efficient and secure data communication channels. • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build high-performance APIs for web and mobile applications. • Creating change management strategies to achieve organizational goals. • Developing and implementing plans to manage change. • Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities. • Engaging with frontline team members and leaders to facilitate transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is required. • Two to Five years of working experience. • Change management certifications and experience are preferred. • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. • Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization. • Able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision individually and as part of a team. • Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
