📋 Description
• Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Analyst with a strong understanding of Oracle ERP applications. • This role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business solutions. • Manage system configurations and provide expertise on best practices within Oracle ERP. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll. • Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards. • Design and optimize process workflows to enhance operational efficiency. • Develop testing strategies, facilitate UAT sessions, and ensure all functional requirements are met before go-live. • Plan and execute cutover activities and support change management efforts. • Utilize technical expertise in Oracle ERP applications, data structure, and integrations. • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, user guides, and provide regular status updates. • Offer guidance on best practices and process improvements related to the Oracle ERP system. • Serve as the primary contact for business stream leads, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically HCM Cloud (HCM Core, OTL, Payroll). • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP integrations, customizations, and technical aspects. • Experience in the staffing industry, preferably in healthcare. • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, testing, cutover, and change management. • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. • Oracle certifications and experience with change management and training are a plus.
