Description

• Lead the creative development of educational YouTube series from concept to completion, including storyboarding, scripting, and episode structuring. • Ideate and conceptualize episode formats, themes, and content sections that effectively convey educational material in an engaging and accessible manner. • Collaborate closely with writers, producers, and educators to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and educational value. • Oversee the production process to ensure that the final product aligns with the creative vision and meets the highest quality standards. • Continuously elevate the performance of the content by integrating audience feedback, analytics, and emerging trends in educational content creation. • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Stay updated on the latest trends in educational content and YouTube strategies to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging. • Drive the overall content strategy, aligning it with the company’s mission and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in content creation, storytelling, and production, with a focus on educational content, ideally within the digital or YouTube space. • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing creative teams and overseeing content production processes. • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of how to engage and educate a diverse audience. • Experience in scripting, storyboarding, and episode structuring for video content. • A passion for education and a strong desire to create content that makes a difference. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive content decisions and improve performance. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • A creative thinker who is always looking for new and innovative ways to present educational content.
