Description

• Operationalize and manage RAI processes for product features and devices • Automate RAI processes • Mature our RAI operational excellence (time to respond within SLA, community engagement) • Engage our RAI community with our organizations operations know-how • Connect RAI processes with related compliance domains to streamline and uplevel collective compliance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience • 3-5 years PM experience • 2-3 years of experience working in compliance • 1-2 years in Responsible AI or related fields (Privacy, Security, Digital Safety) • Certifications: AI Governance Certification highly recommended (IAPP); other certifications a plus • 1+ year experience using generative AI technology in production use (e.g., data analysis, project management) • Strong understanding of digital safety and security architectures and mitigations • Proven ability to work collaboratively with data scientists and product development teams • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
