• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) • Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Manage expense policy, internal controls, and processes • Oversee and manage the monthly closing process • Manage the billing process and analyze claims data used for invoicing • Implement procedures to ensure the accuracy of invoices • Tactfully acquire and manage account receivables actions • Manage annual operating budget and long-term forecast processes • Establish financial metrics and KPIs to track company progress • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines • Establish & manage internal controls and processes • Be a resource to the CFO
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics • CPA certification • 2-3 years of accounting experience • Strong analytical and math skills • General knowledge of accounting principles • Proficiency in QuickBooks online & SAP Concur • Ability to lead a growing team
