Description

• Focused on supporting clients and internal teams related to PBM contract analytics and pricing • Responsible for providing consultative support for clients and establishing relationships • Support PBM analytics such as contract interpretation, pricing impact analyses, and process improvement • Communicate complex analytical findings • Prepare and present complex analytics to clients • Maintain financial models for PBM pricing proposals • Assist in developing tools evaluating PBM formularies and clinical savings guarantees • Validate trend factors used in financial models • Assist clients with Medicare drug pricing support • Participate in client discussions regarding PBM pricing strategies • Help clients with Plan Cost and Net Plan Liability calculations • Actuarial valuation of scenario planning options for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics/Informatics, Economics, or Finance • ASA or FSA certification and MAAA • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, advanced knowledge in Excel • Proficient using SQL to extract and query data • Experience building & maintaining large complex models used in production • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, resourceful, critical thinking, and time management skills • Experience analyzing raw data with high accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work creatively, both independently and as part of a team • 5+ years of pharmacy data experience • 5+ years of experience in PBM industry • Ability for some travel (maximum of 10%)
