📋 Description

• Manage jurisdictional and business licenses, including data entry. • Respond to various requests, including: • Vendor and customer setup requests • Credit application requests • W-9s • Bid requests • Other inquiries from the Compliance inbox (e.g., prevailing wage) • Manage Certificates of Insurance within Salesforce. • Provide backup support for Contracts. • Assist with closing cases requiring additional work. • Process contracts in the absence of the Contract Paralegal. • Cross-train to support Accounts Payable (AP) when workflow allows, including vendor invoice processing, check requests, and ad hoc projects. • Assist with portal-related duties on a limited basis. • Provide limited backup support for the Compliance Paralegal.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of business licensing experience, preferably within a law firm and/or the construction industry. • Background as a legal secretary or legal assistant is beneficial. • College graduate preferred. • Notary public or willingness to become a notary public. • Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in numbers, spelling, and grammar. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
