📋 Description

•Conduct comprehensive surveys and audits of existing agency site content. •Research and develop approaches to recategorize existing content into meaningful lanes. •Create a transition plan for shifting from the current flat structure to the new structure. •Identify and document requirements and the effort needed to execute the transition plan. •Design and implement methodologies for stakeholder engagement to gather insights and define project requirements. •Develop research reports, methodologies, and implementation plans to support project execution. •Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the new content structure with organizational objectives. •Provide recommendations and best practices for information architecture and content strategy.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Architecture, Content Strategy, User Experience, or a related field. •Minimum six (6)+ years of experience •Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust •Proven experience in website content auditing, information architecture, and content categorization. •Strong understanding of content management systems and digital content strategy. •Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering. •Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. •Ability to develop structured methodologies for large-scale content reorganization.
