Description
• Support consulting and implementation projects for Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM) or Service Price Management (SPP). • Support the definition of client specific solution architectures for SPM with a focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required. • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement solutions with the help of cross-functional teams. • Support the definition of Learning and Adoption solutions for the SPM implementation. • Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes.
Requirements
• US Citizenship • 3-5 years of experience in business processes or IT consulting • Able to work autonomously and focus on goals • Customer service-oriented • Experience in conducting and managing workshops • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing enterprise level software • Excellent proficiency (written and spoken) in English • Willingness to travel up to 50%
