• Title: Lead Designer • Location: Remote • About PTW: PTW is a global leader in gaming and digital services, with a passion for innovation and creativity at our core. We are looking for a talented Lead Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of gaming experiences. • Overview: As the Lead Designer, you will take charge of the design vision, guiding the creative direction of projects from concept through to delivery. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all visual elements align with the product's narrative and gameplay mechanics. Your contributions will be pivotal in maximizing the player experience and driving the success of our projects. • Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. • Develop and execute the overall design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with product objectives and target audiences. • Create high-quality visual assets, including character designs, environments, and UI elements that enhance gameplay. • Direct the design process, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers. • Work closely with product managers, programmers, and artists to ensure a cohesive development process. • Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and creativity. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. • Analyze player feedback and metrics to iteratively improve game design and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in game design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms (console, PC, mobile). • Expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, or Unreal Engine. • Deep understanding of user experience principles and game mechanics. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills to assess player engagement and game performance metrics. • Passionate about gaming with a keen interest in current trends and innovations. • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
