• Work closely with Customer Success team • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ad stacks • Teach and Learn Ad Tech knowledge • Provide platform training and guidance to customers • Manage diverse topics across client engagements • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in webinars/events • Collaborate with Sales team in demonstrating value
Requirements
• Experience in a client-facing technical role • Knowledge of vanilla Javascript and troubleshooting experience • Fluency in English and French • Understanding of the ad tech landscape • Excellent analytical skills and ability to process information using SQL and data visualization tools • Strong desire to help people solve problems and explain technical concepts
