📋 Description

• Do you love leveraging technology to make payroll and benefits administration seamless and efficient? • This role is for someone who doesn’t just process payroll and benefits but enhances and elevates these functions through automation, digital tools, and innovative problem-solving. • You’ll manage payroll through a third-party vendor, oversee benefits administration, maintain accurate digital HR records, and support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Your attention to detail, tech expertise, and adaptability will help us scale processes, ensure compliance, and create a better, smoother experience for every team member.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent 3+ years of hands-on payroll & benefits experience • Prior exposure to HR processes and compliance is a plus • Familiarity with DOL, IRS, HIPAA, and payroll tax regulations • Demonstrated expertise in business technology • Proficient in HRMS systems, payroll platforms, and office productivity tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
