🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Marketingschwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung• Mindestens 3 Jahre operative Erfahrung in Steuerung von Meta und TikTok Ads• Kenntnisse mit Trackingtools wie AdTribute, Google Analytics• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Steuerung von Youtube Ads und TV-Kampagnen• Erfahrung mit Aussteuerung von paid Kampagnen nach Full-Funnel-Approach• Analytisches Denken und Fähigkeit, Learnings aus Daten zu ziehen• Kreative Ader und fortlaufend zu neuen Impulsen inspiriert• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
