📋 Description

• We are looking for an Associate Survey Programmer to join our team. • You will be responsible for programming online surveys using industry-standard tools, including Alchemer. • Experience with Decipher is preferred, as familiarity with it will ease the transition to other platforms. • While Decipher serves as a foundation, we expect flexibility in working with various survey platforms as needed. • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure surveys are well-designed, functional, and deliver accurate data. • Program surveys using Alchemer, Decipher and other survey platforms as required. • Make sure surveys work well on different devices and look good. • Check questionnaires, deadlines, deliverables and keep teams updated. • Perform quality checks to ensure surveys run smoothly and data is correct. • Work with project teams to manage surveys from start to finish. • Follow best practices and quality guidelines for survey programming. • Learn and apply client-specific requirements when needed. • Label and format the file exported from the survey platform. • Support client communication by providing updates through internal teams and addressing queries when needed. • Take part in training sessions to improve programming skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in survey programming is required • Basic knowledge of survey tools such as Decipher (at least 1 year preferred) with a willingness to learn Alchemer and other survey platforms as needed • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Openness to learning new tools and technologies. • Flexibility to work in different shifts, if required. • Familiarity with market research and data processing is a plus.
