• The Senior Researcher will manage designing, scoping, and analysis of primary research projects across both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies. • Collaborating closely with the Client Solutions/Sales team, providing value-added services to clients. • Insights delivery includes management of all research related tasks from end to end – objectives and research needs exploration, questionnaire design, survey testing, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance, analysis plan, interpretation of data, and presentation to clients. • Assist Client Solutions team in research design and proposal process. • Analyze research data to draw actionable insights and recommendations. • Run mini polls where needed to substantiate proposals or for content creation. • Remain informed on market trends and research methodologies to apply in day-to-day work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Social Sciences or related fields. • 3-5 years of market experience in an agency setting (in particular, customized research). • Strong understanding of research design, research methodologies, sampling, questionnaire design, quota setting, data weighing and significance testing. • Excellent client management and project management skills. • Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for creating compelling stories and synthesizing findings instead of “regurgitating data”. • Excellent attention to detail; high level of accuracy in handling data. • Experience in managing high volume of complex Quantitative research studies under tight budgets and schedules. • Experience with multi-market projects is highly preferred. • Experience with managing online and offline research is highly preferred. • Experience with mixed research methodologies (Quantitative and Qualitative) is highly preferred.
