• Responsible for excellent standards of survey programming and data delivery • Leading business from survey programming end for specific clients • Leading projects to ensure timely and quality delivery • Managing tasks with small team and utilizing resources efficiently • Responsible for more complex surveys and leading from the front • Knowledge sharing with team • Taking initiative for innovative ideas and scripts • Helping Jr. programmers to learn new things • Conducting R&D on new requirements • Survey design tool training for freshers • Involvement in process updates/automation and documentation • Keeping updated with main client standards • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical information to teams and clients • Scripting the survey, reviewing questionnaires, attending client calls, providing quality delivery, and managing data queries
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2.5 years experience in Decipher • Proven ability to handle 3 or more ad-hoc projects of a higher complexity at any given time • High level of knowledge in all or most of the following technical languages, with a view to close any gaps through training: HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery • Ability to script surveys with aesthetic and look-and-feel in mind, in addition to the best functionality and device compatibility
