Description

• Communication with clients (via email, chat) and handling their inquiries, requests, and complaints. • Preparation of detailed and content-rich responses. • Processing requests according to the relevant manual for the specific process. • Reporting any issues and errors to the Team Leader or the relevant department. • Working with trading platforms and simulating reported issues in the platform. • Transcription of Japanese names into latin characters. • Communication with relevant internal departments in the company (Slack, e-mail).

Requirements

• Experience with some form of customer service • Native Japanese speaker (N1 level) and fluent in English at a minimum B2 level • Ability to work either in EU or JP time • Computer literacy and technical proficiency • Can-do attitude and proactivity • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly, empathetic manner to both clients and colleagues • Willingness to educate oneself and increase knowledge about trading platforms • Enthusiasm to join a remote team within a multicultural company
