📋 Description

• Own key stakeholder relationships, acting as the go-to person for defining KPIs, conducting deep-dive analysis, supporting business intelligence needs, and driving data-informed decisions. • Bring a full-stack analytics mindset, spanning from analytics engineering (data modeling and transformation) to advanced analysis, including applying data science techniques where applicable. • Collaborate with business leaders to define core business metrics and create dashboards and tools to monitor the health of the business. • Be our visualization domain expert with BI platforms and other data visualization tools. • Reconcile data across a diverse set of tools, ensuring accuracy, driving data flow improvements, and maintaining data quality and integrity in partnership with the Data Engineering team. • Partner directly with internal collaborators to understand data needs and perform in-depth analysis to understand the underlying causes of changes in business performance. • Deliver results and manage projects on time with respect to business priorities. • Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights from large and complex data sets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with a strong foundation in analytics engineering, BI, and statistical analysis • Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) • Experience with BI or data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • The ability to partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into data solutions, and communicate insights effectively • Comfort with ambiguity—someone who is able to break down open-ended questions into structured analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and modelling • Experience at a startup or in healthcare
