Description
• Integrate and deploy pre-trained LLMs into our production environment • Develop APIs and backend infrastructure to support the deployment of AI-powered features • Optimize AI models for inference performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in a production setting • Implement fine-tuning techniques to adapt LLMs to our specific domain and use cases • Collaborate with product and design teams to ideate and prototype new AI-driven features that enhance our user experience • Design and implement MLOps practices and infrastructure to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production • Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and maintaining AI systems in production • Mentor and guide other engineers on the team in adopting AI technologies and best practices
Requirements
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML engineering • Strong proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Experience deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for versioning, deploying, and monitoring AI models • Experience with API design, development, and integration • Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML offerings • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field is a plus
