• Undertake operational leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination within the DACH team • Provide hands-on support for the opportunities and challenges of day-to-day sales activities, fostering a high-performance culture • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and product portfolio tailored to the dynamic DACH region • Conduct thorough market and customer trend analysis to enable agile responses to short- and medium-term developments • Lead and inspire the DACH team through the impartation of specialized knowledge and personalized attention • Oversee operative personnel management, negotiating and finalizing employee target agreements, conducting employee appraisals, and fostering continuous employee development and training • Maintain keen awareness of the latest market trends and capitalize on emerging sales opportunities • Collaborate seamlessly with the team to transform market insights into captivating and prosperous customer projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve intricate sales challenges with a strategic acumen • Proven track record in leadership roles (10+ years), showcasing effective team management skills within an international business environment • In-depth knowledge of the DACH market dynamics and a nuanced understanding of the renewable energy sector is preferred • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment • Results-driven mindset, propelled by a determination to achieve and exceed set targets • Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Commerce.
