📋 Description
• Operate, maintain, and administer solutions for customer infrastructure's efficiency and availability. • Planning maintenance activity and design documentation. • Provide Root Cause Analysis reports for outages. • Observe and improve client infrastructure resiliency and automation tasks. • Maintain team documentation on client systems and procedures. • Gather and analyze information about client environments for improvement. • Collaborate with teammates for continuous improvement. • Act as a technology leader for clients and drive discussions on technology road maps. • Participate in on-call rotation.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with Google and AWS Clouds. • Scripting and automation using Python and Scala is a must. • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies. • Clear understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices. • Comprehensive systems hardware and network troubleshooting experience. • Common Linux distribution installation, configuration, and performance tuning. • TCP/IP networking and services configuration. • Administration of virtual infrastructure experience with at least one hypervisor. • Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud use cases. • Administration of web servers and supporting technologies. • Experience with Puppet design, development, and deployment. • System error investigation and root cause analysis. • Experience managing networking devices from various vendors. • Solid understanding of DevOps tools and processes. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Ability to provide accurate work scheduling and estimations.
