📋 Description
• Oversee and manage the efficient handling of crop insurance claims • Ensure effective and efficient claims operations • Accurately document, process and transmit loss information • Complete field inspections, reviews and adjustments • Ensure compliant and cost-effective application of crop policies • Provide effective and timely communication with agencies • Build and maintain relationships with customers • Coach claims adjusting team • Deliver classroom and field training programs • Participate with internal committee to develop global claims technology solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Secondary school certification. • Valid Driver's License. • CAPP Certification • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Experience in the insurance industry. • Experience in agriculture. • Experience in farming.
