β’ We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. β’ We are looking for a results-driven Conversion Sales Agent to engage with Spanish-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. β’ This is a new role where you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement. β’ Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience in the Forex/Fintech or iGaming industries. β’ The role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies. β’ This is a full-time remote position (5/2) in the Spain time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2). β’ If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are excited about the world of Forex β weβd love to hear from you!
β’ At least 1 year of proven experience in sales/BDM. β’ Fluent in English and Spanish (B2). β’ Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets. β’ Excellent communication and persuasion skills. β’ Comfortable working in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment. β’ Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily productivity (minimum 30 qualifying calls/day). β’ Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds. β’ Availability to work full-time.
