Description

• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms. • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing operations processes, such as lead routing, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign workflows. • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align marketing technologies and processes with both local and corporate objectives. • Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, specifically with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing marketing technologies and processes. • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM integration, and data management. • Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Asana, Bynder, Drift, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders. • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
