Requirements
• Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a tech or remote-first environment. • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Experience with employee engagement strategies and a passion for fostering positive work cultures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage HR matters sensitively and confidentially. • Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience using AI-powered platforms is a plus. • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated experience in DEI initiatives is highly valued.
