📋 Description
• Work on client projects as part of a team • Gather and analyze data, designing and building solutions • Contribute to business strategy and execution • Assist process owners in identifying improvement opportunities • Manage operational information and assist in process-related solutions • Lead process workshops and provide necessary training • Document and standardize processes and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position • CI Six Sigma Green Belt Certification – Required. • Knowledge of other CI methodologies such as Lean, 5S, TOC. – Preferred. • Knowledge of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) – Preferred. • Knowledge of how ERP CRM and, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools – Preferred. • Excellent presentation skills both, verbal and written. • Full English language dominance. • Ability to ask questions as to understand the client’s pains and priorities.
